Escalation path
- • Send lender confirmation and request bureau resubmission
- • File a formal dispute with the bureau if the status is unchanged after 15 days
- • Escalate to nodal officer if the lender does not act
- • Approach the ombudsman if the bureau still retains incorrect status after 45 days
