Timeline
- • Initial query response: 2–5 business days
- • Issue resolution with correct posting: 7–10 business days
- • Escalation to higher officers: additional 7–10 business days
Escalation path
- • Follow up with lender customer support after 3 working days if unresolved
- • Send a written grievance to the Grievance Redressal Officer if no correction is made in 7 days
- • Approach the Nodal Officer after 10 days with all evidence
- • File a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman or RBI-integrated portal if correction is delayed beyond 30 days
