The lender has disbursed the loan amount, but the borrower has not received it in their bank account.

Timeline
- • Initial verification: 2–5 business days
- • Fund transfer confirmation: 7–10 business days
- • Resolution or reversal: 10–15 business days
Escalation path
- • Provide the lender with your bank account and IFSC details again
- • Ask for the UTR reference and transfer status from the remitting bank
- • Escalate to the grievance officer if the amount is not received in 7 days
- • File a complaint with the ombudsman if funds remain missing after 15 days
