Loan Disbursed But Not Received

The lender has disbursed the loan amount, but the borrower has not received it in their bank account.

General

Required documents

  • Sanction letter and disbursement advice
  • Bank account statement
  • UTR number or transaction reference
  • Communication from lender confirming disbursement

Contact order

  1. Customer Support
  2. Grievance Officer
  3. Nodal Officer
  4. Banking Ombudsman if needed

Timeline

  • Initial verification: 2–5 business days
  • Fund transfer confirmation: 7–10 business days
  • Resolution or reversal: 10–15 business days

Escalation path

  • Provide the lender with your bank account and IFSC details again
  • Ask for the UTR reference and transfer status from the remitting bank
  • Escalate to the grievance officer if the amount is not received in 7 days
  • File a complaint with the ombudsman if funds remain missing after 15 days
