Escalation path
- • Get a written confirmation from the lender acknowledging on-time payment
- • Ask the lender to resend corrected data to the bureau
- • Lodge a dispute with the bureau if the report is unchanged after 15 days
- • File with the ombudsman if the bureau does not correct the DPD after 45 days
